Mindfulness is woven throughout the practice to cultivate awareness and presence. Each movement is guided by the breath, promoting a meditative state and fostering a deeper connection to the present moment.
Teachings inspired by the ancient yogic texts and the core principles of yoga are gently introduced at the beginning or integrated as thematic cues throughout the practice, providing students with insights that they can carry beyond the mat.

**Join us** for an unforgettable **5-day, 4-night Mountain Yoga, Walking and Well-Being Retreat** in the stunning **Slovak Tatras**.  

We stay in a traditional Slovak log cabin nestled in Slovak Paradise National Park. From here, we explore the surrounding forests, walk peaceful trails, and even venture into the majestic Tatra Mountains for a cable car ride, lake walks and gentle adventures that connect you with the wild beauty of Slovakia. Each day includes Yoga and wellness practices – open to all, whether you’re brand new or experienced. There’s no pressure, no performance – just space to breathe.

Keeping things inclusive and easygoing. Whether you arrive as a solo retreat guest, as a couple, or with a friend, everyone is welcome. You will be sure to make some deep connections with each other, the stunning nature, and have time to yourself to simply be. All dietary needs are catered for - vegan, vegetarian, fish or meat options are available, cooked by our friendly team of hosts onsite.

- Lunch on location. We will be going out on some excursions and visiting local areas where we can choose where to eat for a small cost (food is inexpensive compared to the UK!)

**Booking Terms:**  
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your room preference. The remaining deposit £150 due in December 2026, and final balances will be invoiced separately (payment plans available).
