I have been attending Sam's yoga classes (various styles), meditation, sound baths and retreats for over 11 years now and cannot recommend her enough.  She has a beautiful soul through and through, will only use moves that students are able to achieve but encourages for growth.  She guides us through spiritual Sanskrit readings so we understand the meaning behind the move and her sound baths are the best!

Who we are, what we are about, and why we do what we love!

Sam is a Certified IYN Hatha Yoga teacher, qualified with her foundation certificate and 200hrs teacher training in 2011. With further certificates in Yin Yoga, Indian Champissage, Ayurvedic Kansa foot massage, Reiki and Sound Gong Therapy (CMA Registered). Member of Yoga Teachers Together (YTT)

For Sam, Yoga is about discovering self awareness through self study, ultimately bringing balance into her life and those she teaches, on and off the Yoga mat.
Sam has been teaching Yoga since 2010 and continues to develop her knowledge with further trainings. She is keen to study many aspects of health and well-being including the healing benefits of sound, which includes her working with her gongs, bells and bowls during classes, workshops and retreats in the UK and Europe.  
“My teaching is an integrated approach of body, mind, emotions and spirit and is always an inclusive space for everybody to be on their mat caring for whatever comes up for them in a non harmful way. There are reminders of working at our own pace, without pushing beyond limits or trying to be competitive with themselves or each other.  I always communicate in a way that allows students to work in a way that feels right and nurturing for themselves”.
Sam also practices and teaches meditation and mindful practices to encourage students to find a deeper awareness of being present and be accepting of themselves. “I encourage everyone, regardless of who they are or what experience they have, that we are all equal”.

Sam trained in dance from the age of 5 and then progressed to Arts Educational School in London for 3 years where she qualified to teach dance. After a few years of teaching ballet, tap and modern dance, she went to her first Yoga class. She instantly felt a strong connection with the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga and continued over the next 6 years building up a knowledge of Hatha, Forrest, Jivamukti and Kundalini Yoga. Gradually her practice became more than a hobby, and after completing a Yoga Foundation Course, she then qualified as a Hatha Yoga Practitioner in 2011.
