Dive into a New You this Springtime with the second in the series of Yoga and Mindfulness One-Day Retreats. It doesnt matter if you missed the first one as each is an independent journey of self-discovery. We will deepen into the physical, emotional and energetic bodies through a a number of sacred practices including Pranayama, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Meditation and Yoga Nidra to set the tone for the emerging season.
